So first off i have been a happy client with x2 Rain routers great product but there is definitely room for improvement regarding after sales service i tried to cancel one of my routers as i no longer required the second one it took 2 months and numerous calls with no luck same response each time “I will log a ticket for cancellations to get back to you” and that never happened. That is Until i got thru to ⭐️Sibusiso Tuli⭐️ (surely Employee of the Year!!) because the service i have recieved from him was above an beyond! And i think Rain should acknowledge this! Beacuse its because of this type of service and assistance that clients remain loyal WELLDONE AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK - Sibusiso Tuli👌🏼
