So far, my experience with Rain has been excellent. Junaid Goolam was extremely helpful, informative, and efficient. I appreciated his personal touch when helping me with a payment issue, he was very patient and even offered to call me back after I tried to sort it out on my own. The driver arrived before I was ready, but he was understanding and offered to meet me at a different location. The router I received is not only beautiful in design and color but also simple and sophisticated. I am excited to have uninterrupted internet connection, especially as I prepare for a visit from my family from Swaziland. I am looking forward to providing them with free wifi and I hope that my high expectations are not disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. 🌻
