So disappointing

New customer and I am already disappointed with the lack of service from Rain. Ordered the 4G sim card for R250 2 weeks back and it hasn't worked a day since receiving it. Decided to upgrade to the one for R699 on the 30th January 2021 and I am yet to receive it days later. The Rain website is forever under maintained and when it works, my order is showing queued for delivery. so ridiculous . order number ***
