So disappointed in Rain's customer service!!!
I'm owed R535 by Rain after canceling my subscription on time, but they failed to refund me despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Their customer service calls are consistently dropped, and when they call back, the connection is terminated as soon as I answer, followed by a message claiming they tried to reach me. It's disappointing, especially considering my long-standing relationship with Rain since their early days. Now, when I'm trying to cancel, they're making it difficult. Are their customer service representatives actual people or automated systems? Something is just odd. Anyway, I just want my money back!! Here are the ref numbers.***3, ***0, ***0, ***2,***0

11 Jun 2025, 20:24Can you please have an actual person assist me because I don't understand how is it that you are getting this wrong even after I provided all references.
Firstly You are meant to cancel the unlimited service ( I never had a 19-hour service). Meaning after cancelation I will have no account with you.
2ndly you are meant to refund me R535 because:
In April you deducted 535 instead of the discounted 321 meaning you overcharged me by R214
In May you then deducted R321 when you were meant to deduct nothing because I had canceled my subscription on time.
Making it a total of R535
In conclusion: pay me my R535 and remove me from your system completely please.
