so disappointed in rain

Waking up to the shock of my life, I logged in my rain account so that I can pay my monthly fee, guess what? The balance due is double what I am supposed to pay. Thought I was going to pay R559 for rainOne but rain is having Christmas a little earlier this year at my expense. Someone explain this to me or you guys must just come and collect your router and sh*tty sim cards that doesn’t even make a mere call.
