So disappointed
I ordered the 5G router on 12 October and was advised that it would take 5 days to deliver and still have not hear anything from rain. I even logged a ticked as I could not get through to them telephonically and still no response. This is really disappointing as I needed to be fully connected and running by Friday for my exams. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company ever before in my life
