#*** - Snowflake-Voice, horrible service
I have had rain since 2020. Now that i am changing providers because I am using fiber and rain can not help with fiber, I am having a hard time to cancel. 1st I have been calling since last month and I am told that rain does not have a cancellation department. Now i decided not to pay so they can cancel they telling me I have to pay for service I did not use.
PLEASE CANCEL MY SIM CARD FROM YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I AM NOT USING.
