Sneaky RAIN brings cold front of discontent
I don't usually go as far as Hello Peter, but this time I feel it's warranted. I bought a Rain SIM card a few months ago as a stop-gap to have internet while moving between places. They kept on charging me though and there was no obvious option to a tick-box where you can specify this was a once-off subscription. They have since charged me a lovely R1200 for data that I haven't used, and will likely demand more money because I only managed to cancel the service after phoning an agent. Thoroughly disappointed with them, I did not expect this type of sneaky behavior. Sies man!!

They can consider to enhance the experience by adding a clear opt-out option and possibly a gentle automated reminder that money will be automatically be deducted unless one opt out.
