SNAIL PACE INTERNET

For a person to put pen to paper you need to understand 1 of 2 things. They either very happy or very unhappy. I am the latter. I did not report my slow internet speed just because! I can understand an average of 5-6mbps on a 10mbps line, but an average of 0.5mbps is totally unacceptable. Especially considering that the same router was getting 30mbps before lockdown on YOUR network. I have restarted the router several times. I have also changed sims to another provider and get 10mbps, so you tell me now, WHERE IS THE PROBLEM!
