slow/none internet connectivity

I have been trying to get hold of the rain to fix my internet as am connected but not reaching the internet 90% of the data that they say i used during the month is the data for buffering only 10% or less is actually connecting i am writing exams and i have to constantly ask my sister to allow me to write my online exams at her place while am paying R479 pm for useless rain simcard i only took the simcard so that i can write my exams and that was the worse decision ever there's no contact numbers only the stupid support on their website that will never reply i wouldn't recommend anyone taking rain simcard i will rate rain a negative number they don't deserve my 1 rating
