Slowest internet speed available.

I had a problem in the beginning to get online, they helped me after I contacted hello Peter. Now the internet speed is 0.2 to 0.4 kbps which is totally unacceptable when my mtn is running over 50 megs a second. I have contacted them on their support email and the guy that originally helped me and no response from either. I guess rain is not the way to go. I took screen shots which would've been nice to attach.
