Slowest internet I've come accross yet

Very slow internet speeds since I ordered in January, have not seen any improvement. I'm getting really unstable download and upload speeds, falling to below 1megabits (20-100kbps downloads) at times, and my ping is constantly jumping above 800ms, so gaming is out of the question, I'm considering cancelling my subscription because the only use for RAIN at the moment is if I'm downloading through the night, even then my normal wireless internet is better, (6mb line). The signal for RAIN is not 4G+ which would help a lot, it's just 4G but the speeds look more like 3G, so I would not recommend this if you want to use it for downloads or gaming, maybe for checking emails only.
