Slowest internet in the country

So i'm getting below 1megabits down and below 0.1 megabits up speeds, look at this https://ibb.co/6wqyvSD This is pathetic idk what i'm paying for, you make so much money from dumbasses like me, why not upgrade towers, i'm cancelling and getting internet with that money that actually works, this is pathetic i can't even play online, youtube takes 5 minutes to open and videos won't even load, really pathetic, and don't tell me the **** it's the router i'm using, i'm using my S20 Ultra 5g which has the new bandwidth software so no excuses anymore, i'm done
