Slowest Internet, can't even open a basic Webpage!!!
Worst Internet Service provider... Why am I paying R479 for internet speed that is advertised as "4g" but my speed is always around 0.8 mps. Been emailing since last week, with follow up email, they only responded today. I am not even asking them to fix the low speed, I just want them to tell me why it is so slow.
Been trying to use it for work, but it can't even handle a simple Zoom Call. At this point leaving them is the better option. I do not care about their "unlimited Data" overing if it takes me 30 Seconds to load a basic webpage.

22 Jun 2021, 17:20Hey I did not receive a Call, but Thurston assisted me via email. My internet is back at 4mps upload and 2mps download. Which allows me to run meetings with clients. Thank you for the assistance
