Slower speeds than a 1990 dial up connection

Worst ISP in the word, internet speed is slower than the old dial up connections from the 1990's. Just wish your internet speed is as quick as when you ask for payments, then you might qualify for as an ISP. This is pathetic and will not recommend the service/product to any one.
