Slow WiFi Weekly

We just started this WiFi around 2 months ago, and it was good at first. But recently every week actually it’s been TERRIBLY SLOW , even WhatsApp messages take long to send.. I am so disappointed and irritated, I need to upload things for work and that doesn’t even want to work. It didn’t even want to work to go onto this website now that’s how slow it is. I am writing this with my data right now. I wouldn’t have been here if this was happening 2 or 3 times, or if many devices were connected to the WiFi. Currently only 1 device is connected and it’s STILL SLOW. I submitted my assessment late (-15%) the other night bc it was taking so long, it took me 12 minutes just to upload 1 assignment !! That was the pits for me. It’s been happening , it’s so slow, why have Rain Wifi AND pay a big amount when I have to regularly buy myself data ? Make it make sense. I am getting tired of this now and considering cancelling.
