Slow WIFI

Absolutely useless, I've been using 5g WIFI for over 7 months now, was great at the beginning until up the 5th month, WIFI is absolutely slow during work days and weekends, can't watch YouTube videos nor stream on Netflix, if you read this, do not waste your time getting this ISP, I've been calling left and right, restarting my router but they say there is nothing wrong on their end but clearly there is. As a gamer you would also experience a lot of packet loss which means they are clearly ****fing some apps on certain devices.
