Slow to no internet connection

It is 9.27 on 27/11/2024, I have been on the phone 3 x at 10 to 16 minutes a pop. I am not getting assistance with my connection for 4 months now. I have reported it numerous times, The agent i am still on the phone with, just muted her side and still has me hanging on. Yesterday an international lady called me, said someone would call when i am home, he called 5 minutes later, really RAIN???
