Slow to Intermittent Internet - 2nd time around - Ebony Park MIDRAND
Gave Rain a second chance, received new SIM, worked fine in President Park, took to registered address, a School in Ebony Park over the hill. Internet EXTREMELY slow. Also lost Internet yesterday whilst at school. This AFTER confirming both on Rain coverage map that signal had improved, completely 4g blue, as opposed Nov last year with gaps. Also confirmed better coverage with Rain consultant. THIS IS A SCHOOL. THEY NEED MAX UPTIME FOR INDIGENT PARENTS TO COME TO THE SCHOOL AND DOWNLOAD LESSONS FOR LEARNERS AT HOME. What to do now?? Sent email to Rain yesterday, ,NO other means of contact - Telephone unmanned, Chat removed from website, so only email avalable. HELP....
