Slow speeds, Non-existent customer service...

Having been struggling with speed issues and constant queries to their customer support their service is non-existent. I am on the 24/7 Unlimited option. During the day the speed is fine but as soon as the evening approaches it is clear that my connection gets throttled as I constantly get buffering issues. This is not being disclosed when you sign up for this option. They advertise 10mbps upload & download but I have never experienced those speeds even living 400meters from the closest rain tower with a full signal on my router. Wondering if they will read this message and get back to me??? I highly doubt it.
