Slow response to customer query:Reference Number: ***
I reported a Faulty Router to a Consultant at Rain. I was told delivery will be arranged to come fix the Router. More than 24 hours i have not even received a call to advise on when they will send someone. In the mean time the debit order is always on time for rain to get their money.

26 Feb 2023, 07:26I received an email Friday promising that a technician will be sent to look at the Router. I waited the whole day without communication. Broken promises.
