Slow response
Just the worst experience ever. The rain router just stopped coming on it’s not even 6 months old they telling me to wait I use it for work purposes how am I supposed to carry on with my work 😭

This is affecting my work please also let them bring a new router in case they can’t fix it so I can be able to get on with my work I am highly affected and yes it’s the rain 101 its not even 5 months old and just decided to die on me .

02 Oct 2024, 20:03I got a call from a rain tech on my rain 1 sim 2 because I am currently using it for network . They advised that they will escalate the matter and send me an exchange I really hope that is the case and the delivery is express because I am really highly affected by all this
