Slow Rain 5G Home Standard Speeds
For the last 3 or 4 weeks: Inconsistent download speeds on the 5G Home Standard package (sometimes can't even load a webpage). Consistently very slow upload speeds (~1 mbps).
I use a VPN on my work PC, and the network has always been throttled by Rain. I used to live with it, but now combined with the slow speeds, it's unusable (can't have a meeting without breaking up constantly).
Opened two tickets (merged into #***4) and sent another email, but no response.
Not happy with this service.

09 Nov 2021, 23:54I've moved it in that direction of my house. The download speed hasn't really changed but the upload is better (10 mbps). I still seem to be connected to the tower on Ivy Road in Norwood according to the Rain app.
