SLOW NETWORK, SLOWER AGENTS, DISGUSTING SERVICE

The network is disgusting—super slow. When I moved, the service was horrible, so I cancelled. Yet they kept billing me for two months after cancellation. I was promised a refund, but despite calling repeatedly, they keep making empty promises. Their entire process is terrible, and their sales agents are completely clueless. Do not ever use them. Not only is their network awful, but their service and call center agents are also pathetic. I’ve now been waiting two months for my refund, and every time I call, I’m told the same story. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM
