Slow internet no report

Its been days of terrible internet now and every time it rains the inter has to be garbage, FIX IT

Days of bad internet upon days of bad internet with no sign of anything being done, especially when it rains.... Why do you pretend to be the best 5G network if you cant do something as simple as keeping your internet going on a rainy day, it isnt even storming!!!!

Every day at around 12 my work disappears like right now I have no network, no 4G no 5G nothing. I cant do a speed test with irregular or no internet available

that for the last two weeks every day between 10pm and 3pm i have no internet or very slow internet, and I AM TELLING YOU i dont pay over 1k of internet for nothing, i use it every day for work.. fix it i dont care whats going on where with what, i will text every day until yall sort out your stuff because every time before now i was told "everything is fine" "do a speed test"

whats this then? EVERY DAY??!!!!!! come on yall cant be serious even now its the same thing because it was fine through the night... I'm in trouble at my workplace because of yall and the dying internet, someone explain what is actually going on
