Slow internet & no follow thru on help

I have suffered with slow internet for months now. I’m talking 200mbps lower than what I’m paying for. I’ve lodged many complaints & even got promised a technician to look at the router in person. Then silence. Now I either don’t get a response or get promised the same help that never comes. This is so frustrating.
