slow internet, no explaination again

2.7mb downlaod speed on 5G is crazy business, whats happening with the internet

FYI the router at O'Reilly Road is a 5G CPE T1a NOT A 101 ROUTER, so i say again, send someone to go and change that damn router as soon as ****** possible.

And What is happening with the internet connection in Bramley, the area around forest road, the router titled 11th road?

"AN EXCEPTION???" is crazy crazy work, you honestly cannot be saying that your clients asking for something as simple as a device change, which was done the last time the other router on 11th Road had issues with ease, now yall are out here talking nonsense about "you have to go to our branch" .. get the hell out of here.. what yall are gonna do is sent a DIFFERENT device from the one thats existing at O'Reilly road to 48 O'Reilly Road, Johannesburg.. You had trucks that do deliveries on a daily right? and i'm so sure they make rounds in johannesburg, we've been rain customers for years, long before your little boom in customers, and i'm not asking for anything ridiculous.. So what you're gonna do is exactly that, i don't understand this exception stuff yall are talking to my sister.

Dude, this is a person with 3 children all under the age of six, she cant be expected to be hauling them kids to a some obscure shopping center, if you cant organise delivery then give me an alternative that works better than that.. and honestly the most frustrating thing about all this is been half a year the back and forth with yall on this matter form network issues to being fed up and wanting a router change, and me not understanding whats unfortunate about asking for a delivery.. then allow an uber collect or something becayse this "visit the store manager" but is not it.
