Slow Internet from Rain in Cosmo City Ext 7

Rain Wi-Fi has been poor for the past two weeks in Cosmo city Ext 7, when you call the customer care agents are clueless and not helping at all, i have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years but they don't care about customers anymore, this is my last month I'm cancelling!!!
