SLOW INTERNET FOR 5 YEARS - NO FIX

Five years of slow internet. Best speeds we are getting is 0.5Mbps. Hundreds of complaints. Now they don't respond anymore. Look at their support site and search for slow internet. They don't have anything covering the topic because they are knowingly selling and overselling dailup internet.
