Hello Fatima and Team! Can someone please get hold of me, I have sent emails logged complaints no response. I need my speed to increase I can't work on 0.1mbps.

It has been 6 days no body has contacted me.
I have logged complaints sent emails, no response. I need a refund I have no service and you expect me to pay again on the 1st August this is unacceptable. I need a reference number for my complaint as i am going to lay a complaint to the ICSA.
