Slow internet access

I have been tolerant with Rain for over a month. When I signed up for Rain I explained to the lady that Ill be working from home therefore I need a good Internet access. Rain is buffering alot. We are not running on a full Bandwidth I cannot deal anymore. Please do something. I need my Internet access not to buffer. I would like to run on a full Bandwidth. I am NOT getting the value of my money.
