Slow internet

Download speed 0.6mbs Upload speed 0.3mbs It's veryyyyy slow can't even open Google or refresh my emails it's so slow. Our router also now has to stand outside to get a bit of signal and only one device per house otherwise there's no signal please advice on what we can do? It was fine for 1 day perfect signal all over the house now you have to be next to the route to hope to get something.
