Slow improvement but still not sure where I stand in terms of ballance to be paid on my account

After I complained about it my service on Hello Peter my network was set back but still did not get clarity on the proper amount I owe rain as the one that's showing R1130 is not make sure at all. I asked them to investigate my payments and let me know how much I owe them so I can be able to make payment end of the month.
