Slow download load speeds

Stay far away from rain, they lure you in with the 7day deal, where you would have the best internet speeds you have seen in your area just to turn around once you starting paying the R250 for it. we use to get 10Mb download and 7Mb upload, now we get 0.70Mb down and 5Mb up, logged calls for this they told me it's due to load shedding lol, load shedding went an away but my internet speeds where still the same.. then they used COVID as there next excuse.. right.

We have been fooled they are lying to us that's why no agent responds to any calls that get logged, they are throttling the download speed on the R250 packages to a crawl.

Rain please stop charging me until you can provide the service you did in the beginning because less than 1 MB isn't LTE speeds at all, I can't be the best effort either.
