Slow connection
Rain must call me to resolve the network issue that I have with them,how does one recommend something that does not work to other people,it's as if everytime I write a review it gets worse

21 Aug 2024, 20:57I have been monitoring connection from 4:30pm until now 9pm I have even given up cause its worse,I'm not sure if it's because I was told the whole location depends on 1 tower of which that is more frustrating as I'm given problems rather than solution

22 Aug 2024, 16:31I have sent you a picture of that now,please assist.i don't know how is sending a picture of 0.68mbps is going to help solve my problem,I stay close to a tower but that does me no good,it's still 1tower connect the whole huhudi where everyone knocks of at 4 and try to use the internet that doesn't work at the same time.nothing that you telling me do to seem to work it actually makes matters worse
