slow connection

It was all nice and fun when I got it a week later I am having slow internet and my wifi speed is less than 10 Mbps while I am expecting +- 30 Mbps, I tried contacting them I was in the queue for almost 15 minutes with no answer ticket was logged no body called (Reference Number: ***7), so I am writing this review hoping I will get their attention and assistance
