Slow and Unstable Internet Connection

I have contacted Rain several times to report that my internet is slow and unstable. There was nothing done with my query. Although i explained to them that i have an exam on the 27th June which needs a stable internet connection. All they did was "We apologize for inconvenience. My query was never escalated. Rain is just good at collecting funds in the account btu useless to provide relevant service. I need urgent support not apologies.
