Slow and No Internet

Slow and No Internet. After battling for a few days with a slow and no internet connection via Rain, I reached out on the 17/5/2026 13:31 ***. They told me that our local tower was down, but that another tower (+/- 6km away) should do the job. They said that my router was old and I should upgrade. The increase in price was negligible and I agreed expecting to experience a speed improvement. I have just received the new router with no significant speed increase. *** Instead of fixing the problem which is their tower, they **** and told me that it was my router. I now sit with a poor Internet connection and a higher monthly bill.
