Slow and low download speeds

Working from home has been extremely tough as the speeds that I have been experiencing has been extremely slow. With download speeds of 0.56 Mbps and 2.37 upload speed it makes it difficult when I need to have video conference calls.

Whenever anybody in my household needs to have a meeting they then need to leave home to go to the office across town for that 30 minute to an hour meeting and then make our way back home all because the internet connection is poor.

I paid R 479 with a smile as I was promised by Rain that I could have download speeds of up to 10Mbps and they have under performed by a long way.

Could someone from Rain please contact me and explain to me why I am wasting my money with this subscription.

5G was launched in Cape Town now as well and I would love to have it but I am scared I have the same experience if not worse. I need a Rain representative to make contact with me to also convince me that I have not made a mistake with joining their network.
