Slow and double charged

I got your sim card, paid for a bundle package and tried to Rica but in still waiting for the online Rica thing to go through. On top of that I see that I've been double charged, and there is no calling you people. For some reason you thought it's a good idea to pack your bags and leave your customers to the wolves. I have no idea where to go and how to get my hard earned money back.
