Slindile Phakama is boss!!!

So far I spoke to 3 agents, 1 guy was rude, the other told me they aren't able to call me back BUT Silindile Phakama outdid her self. She helped me reset the sim and told me to reset my device she'll call me after few seconds (something I was told was not possible). She called me back in a minute and I was sorted.
