Slap in face to existing customers

It's the really a slap in the face to existing customers to launch new rain 101 skins but it's only for new customers because existing customers is not allowed to change skins I saw one skin that I really liked and I wanted to change it but i was told I couldn't rain only cares about getting new customers and doesn't care all about its existing customers something as easy as just allowing a customer to change to one of the new Skins is impossible how is it fair to launch new Skins and not give existing customers the privilege of choosing one of them I now can see that the priority of rain is only on getting new customers and they don't care at all about existing customers this has really disappointed me as I always spoke good about rain I even recommended to people but after this experience I'm not even sure if I wanna continue with rain because it's clear this company don't value existing customers I'm extremely disappointed
