Slammed phone reg CONTRACT questions

I reported the matter regarding false contract and poor service and recieved a call from rain. As soon as I started speaking to a person he slammed the phone down on me without me explaining the situation. Then I get a private message from rain via hello Peter containing no message at all??? I want an apology and ma account cleared as I need not pay for your mistake or your false advertising. I already asked my modems return and my sim cards cancelled and wil be sad to leave a company I had high hopes for and believed was honest and a good company. I need proof my account was cleared with an apology for your mistake and or my (contract cancelled) or changed completely as my faith in rain is now even more damaged after my call was slammed on me today
