Since i registered or joined on the 18th of November got the modem and was soo happy about that, but the service havent worked even once and i see they even deducted the monthly fee but hvnt used their Internet since day 0, and i hv called numerous times

Since i registered or joined on the 18th of November got the modem and was soo happy about that, but the service havent worked even once and i see they even deducted the monthly fee but hvnt used their Internet since day 0, and i hv called numerous times to try and sort out the issue to no avail. Am soo soo disappointed right now.
