Since i ported my Sim from 24th till today still not working

Since i ported my Sim from 24th till today still not working. Now my Sim Card is looking for a puk number Rain can't help and the number i am using is used by someone else somewhere. I am scared about that and i don't know why. I called my previous Service Provider telkom they told me to deal with Rain Service. Please assist i can't share numbers with the other people.
