Since i joined them in Feb

Since i joined them in Feb. Could not use there SIM cards. Send them numerous e-mails. Then the price all of a sudden went up. There was money in my account for them to draw. Had to run to the bank. As they could not help me on my phone. Asked them also to activate the 2 SIM cards as I gave it to two of the people in my house hold to used. Send them sms. And again numeral e-mails. They have deducted the money out of my account. Everytime I phone them from my old SIM card it cost me R50. Just to explain what the problem is. They do not get back to me. I'm not a robot. I'm a person that can't get to there offices. Afyer all these months i still don't know where there offices is in west krugersdorp gauteng. Very unhappy customer.
