Simcard not working

Worse service ever I wouldn't recommend rain to anyone I've been calling them but not getting any help got my simcard in August and i paid, but the simcard never worked till today everytime I call they say the manager will call me back and I've been given lots of reference numbers which are useless, the managers must do their jobs.
