Simcard not active on network
My simcard is not active since Wednesday I received it.tried following the instruction but still its not active on network.please do something.

11 Sept 2021, 11:35I just don't know now.why don't you engage your technical team to assist I'm tired of calling your agents but nothing us being resolved.and in your system this simcard is active you are already charging me but it's not working.
