Simcard not activated for more than a week

I ported my number to Rain when I first signed up. After two weeks, it stopped working. I reported the issue, and Rain promised to send a replacement SIM with my old number. The SIM I received didn’t work.

I reported it again and was promised activation within 24 hours, it has now been over a week with no activation, no proper feedback, and no resolution.

Rain’s consultants give empty promises and no real help. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have been left without service for far too long.

I demand immediate activation of my SIM with my original number and a proper explanation for the delays.
