Sim Swap-Terrible service

Good day

I did a swim swap on the 26th of Novemner 2023 and to date the sim swap hasnt been done nor the Sim Card delivered. i called numerpous times and was told it has been escslated and i will recieve feedback from the managers, till date i havenet recieved any correspondence from them. I even sent an email complaint and they seem to have ignored it.
